COMPOUND COFFEE – SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING
Ship-from location: Lynnfield, MA, USA
Handling time: 1–3 business days (orders placed after 12 PM ET process next day)
Fulfilment schedule: 7 days a week, excluding U.S. federal holidays when carriers are closed

2. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES (U.S. ONLY)
• Flat-Rate Shipping — $3.99. Delivered via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping — $0. Applies to any active subscription or single orders over $65. Same 2–5 business-day estimate.
Delivery estimates begin once the carrier scans the parcel and are not guaranteed.

3. TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your label is created. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

4. ADDRESS CHANGES & SPECIAL ADDRESSES
We ship to residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories. To correct an address, email support@compoundcoffee.us within 2 hours of ordering. Changes are not guaranteed once a label is created.

5. BACK-ORDERS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If any item is back-ordered, in-stock items ship immediately; remaining items ship as soon as available. Estimated arrival for back-ordered items is shown on the product page and in your confirmation.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Report damage within 7 days of delivery or missing packages within 14 days of the last tracking scan. Choose a replacement or full refund. Evidence (photos) is appreciated but not required. Contact support@compoundcoffee.us with your order number and issue.

7. CARRIER DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Severe weather, peak-season volume, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times once the package is in carrier custody.
